It depends on the route, season, and airline. These are the same fares airlines have long sold through local agencies for family travel, and they sit well below the public price for the same seats. You see the exact price in the app before you book.
Yes. The airline issues a real ticket in your name, the same as buying direct. Your booking reference works for check-in, support, and any changes the airline makes.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and your card details are never stored with us.
It depends on your ticket type. Some are refundable, some aren't, and you can see the conditions under your booking in the app. If the airline cancels your flight, you're entitled to a full refund or free rebooking under EU, UK, US and Canadian law.
We'll message you and you can see the change in the app. Accept the airline's new flight with one tap, or contact us if you'd rather have a different flight or a refund.
Member fares for family travel often include more baggage than the basic public fare. The exact allowance is shown in the flight details before you book.
